Conversations about Menopause and the pre-launch of the video "Immigrant Women: Transitioning Periods and Cycles"

On March 23rd, we held an event specially prepared for our community of Lusophone women, made possible through partnerships with You & Me_nopause and Efficacy Eva. The incredible creative work of MinA - Migrants in Action, in the presented video, showcased the experience of 6 migrant Lusophone women and their experiences at this moment in their lives, Menopause. The video presentation sparked a chat as relevant as necessary about Menopause with experts Maureen Anderson, Debi Lewinson, and Jacqueline. There were many exchanges of experiences, sharing of stories, and a lot of information. It was a joyful afternoon, with good food and the certainty that information and sharing are empowering. It left us wanting more!
