An afternoon dedicated to learning tips on well-being and relaxation, especially during the summer season. Cátia Soares, a psychologist and nutrition specialist, provided information on the importance of keeping the body regularly hydrated and the physical and mental benefits for the daily lives of our beneficiaries.
In the Hydration segment, participants learned how to keep their bodies and minds healthy and hydrated through the consumption of fruits and flavored water, as well as techniques to turn these actions into habits that fit into anyone's routine.
Yoga instructor Ana Rei introduced the technique of Chair Yoga, enabling anyone to benefit from yoga practice, even those with limited mobility or flexibility.
In addition to learning and relaxing, our beneficiaries shared their experiences and enjoyed a pleasant time together. Not to mention the delicious snack offered, consisting of a variety of fruits and flavored water.
